Devrim yurtdışına gitmeden önce bir tadımda Toro bölgesinden tempranillo üzümünden bu leziz şarabı tatmıştık. San Roman 2012 burunda erik, kiraz, topraksı notalar ve geriden deri gibi hayvansı kokular içeren kompleks bir burna sahip. Damakta ise burunla benzer aromaları hissettirirken keyifli bir asidite ve yüksek tanenler size eşlik ediyor. Bu güzel şarap İçin teşekkürler @yedigimictigimbanakalmasin @devrimmelek e 😀 sen geldiğinde bana bıraktıklarından içeriz artık 😉 Bodega San Roman Toro 2012, a tempranillo from Toro, Spain. Cherry, plum, leather and some earthiness on the nose. Fresh acidity, high and firm tannins, medium + body and medium + finish on the mouth. You can try it now but it definitely has potential for ageing. Ele custou cerca de R$ 45,00 no Sam's Club, é 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, com 6 meses de barrica de carvalho (quase imperceptível), acidez alta, corpo médio e taninos médios e bem finos. Um bom vinho para o dia-a-dia. Se tivesse um pouco mais de intensidade de sabores seria excelente!
